Our Company

The Kalogirou real estate agency engages in the sale and rental of properties, as well as in investment properties in the Halkidiki region, with offices in Nea Kallikratia and Nea Plagia of Halkidiki.
We operate primarily in the prefecture of Halkidiki and specifically in the Municipality of Nea Propontida (Nea Kallikratia, Nea Plagia, Flogita, Nea Iraklia, Sozopoli, Dionysiou beach, Portaria beach, Triglia beach).
The Kalogirou real estate agency was founded in 1988 by Mrs Popi Kalogirou, a graduate cum laude of the Real estate agents faculty specialising in the management of real estate. Mrs Popi Kalogirou speaks Serbian, Serbo-Croatian, English and Russian. Then, in 2006, the agency expanded with a second seat in Nea Plagia of Halkidiki, under the management of Mr Tonis Kalogirou, a radio and television media electrician, also graduate cum laude of the Real estate agents faculty specialising in the management of real estate. Mr Tonis Kalogirou speaks English and Serbian.

We undertake purchases, sales, exchanges, rentals, assessments and anything else concerning the management of real estate. At your disposal for any cooperation for the purchase or sale of real estate, and any questions and advice on buying, selling or renting your property.

  1. Issuing of tax identification number (TIN) by a licensed accountant, who will be the authorized fiscal representative in Greece.
  2. Opening of a bank account in a Greek bank and gathering all the necessary relevant documents for that scope.
  3. Top legal services in the domain of property-legal control of properties, information about the situation by a lawyer who specializes exclusively in the provision of expert services to foreign citizens in the process of purchasing properties.
  4. Notarial services by a Notary specialized in the issues of concluding contracts with foreign citizens of other countries.
  5. Transfer and registration of ownership in the competent cadastre.
  6. Undertaking of all the necessary tasks related to connecting the property to the water main and electric grid.
  7. Official interpreter services in your language, whose presence is mandatory at the signing of the contract.
