The Greek Ministry of Tourism has published a list of countries whose tourists can freely enter this country (Thessaloniki-Athens airports) from 15.6.
The list of countries is as follows: Albania, Australia, Austria, Northern Macedonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Japan, Israel, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Romania, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Finland.
The list of 29 countries was formed after studying the epidemiological profile of countries from which tourists are expected and after taking into account yesterday's announcements of the European Air Safety Organization (EASA), as well as the relevant proposal of the Committee on Infectious Diseases. Visitors from these countries will be tested upon arrival. The existing rules apply to all other countries, and that is a two-week quarantine.
The list, which will be expanded starting on July 1, will be published on time. In any case, epidemiological monitoring and evaluation will continue.
